In order to celebrate her birthday, a Russian woman challenged skydiving. However, she did not expect that her parachute failed to open smoothly in mid-air, and finally fell into a tree, suffering severe fractures all over her body and unfortunately died!
According to British media The Sun, the woman has always had a wish to skydive, so she signed up for skydiving with several friends, hoping to fulfill her dream on a special day to celebrate her 49th birthday.
They jumped from 2,650 feet that day, but in the air, the woman found that her parachute could not open properly. The staff on the ground noticed the woman's abnormal falling speed and urgently instructed her to use the backup parachute through the loudspeaker. One staff member even shouted "backup" five times in a row, but the woman seemed unable to operate the emergency equipment correctly and fell heavily into a tree.
