Candies and caramel are sweet and sticky foods. When you are chewing candies/ caramels, the candies/ caramels will be directly attached to the teeth and the oral bacteria will continue to grow and slowly damage the teeth.
#3. Pickled Foods
Many pickled foods contain acidic ingredients that can damage tooth enamel. It's good to eat these pickled foods occasionally, but that's not good to treat them as a daily snack.

Below are some tips to take care of your teeth.
1. It is recommended to use soft-bristled, fine-tip toothbrushes, and use fluoride-containing toothpaste. Use dental floss or an interdental brush for additional cleaning after brushing your teeth in the morning and evening.
2. Mouthwash is not a substitute for brushing and flossing or interdental brushing. Using fluoride mouthwash can help prevent tooth decay, but it should not be used immediately after brushing. Otherwise, it will wash off the fluoride left by toothpaste.
3. It is recommended to use mouthwash after meals. Avoid eating and drinking within 30 minutes after using mouthwash.
4. Children under the age of six should avoid using mouthwash to prevent them from accidentally swallowing it.
