Ingredients: Garlic, shallots, chilli, chilli sauce, green vegetables, eggs, a pack of instant noodles.
Steps
1. Boil the instant noodles without putting the seasoning powder. Drain and set the instant noodles aside.
2. Cut the garlic, spring onion and chilli into slices.
3. Add oil and heat the pot. Then, add in garlic, green onion and chilli. Stir fry until they become fragrant and golden brown.
4. Add eggs and vegetables. Stir fry a few times.
5. Add the cooked instant noodles, seasoning powder and chilli sauce.
6. Stir-fry all the ingredients until they are fragrant. Squeeze lime on the noodles before serving.
Other than the ingredients above, you can also add your favourite ingredients (for example, shrimp or sausage) to make your own customised Maggi Goreng.
