#1. Grapefruit 

Grapefruit is one of the fruits with low sugar content. However, its popularity is relatively low due to its strong sour taste. If you like the refreshing sensation of citrus fruits but want to reduce the intake of sugars, you can choose to eat more grapefruit. Half a grapefruit contains about 8g of sugar.
