Michael Page has released their Salary Guide 2023 for Malaysia & it has some pretty interesting figures you might want to check out! Their study shows that in the current workforce, there are 82% of people are looking for new jobs, 45% have been at their current job for less than 2 years & 68% are keen to change roles, industry or career.
