Heavy Rain in March 2024???
I know.. we are just as shocked.
The weather conditions in Malaysia, has been unpredictable to say the least and people have not been prepared. But why fret, when Malaysians sometimes have the kindest of hearts!
An employee of the Malaysian restaurant The Rimba, located at Kak Lang Drimba, Kuala Pilah, chose to help customers who were arriving on a wet, rainy evening by walking through the difficult weather to assist people in getting out of their cars. This is seen in an Instagram Reel the restaurant posted to their official page @therimba.lavenderheights.
This of course, wasn't just a simple assist. Due to the pouring rain, the worker took the biggest umbrella (more so a sunshade) he could find, and walked customers in whilst allowing himself to get drenched.
The eatery also shared through Instagram, that this was during the berbuka puasa time and staffs were waiting for customers to arrive. The rain was quite sudden and there were customers even with sleeping babies!
"Even if they parked far away, we are willing to pick them from where they've parked. So as long as they're comfortable. We will still treat you like kings, " said the account.
Bless their hearts! What a great way to welcome customers in.
