The third phase of Movement Control Oder (MCO) is expected to end tomorrow (April 28) while the next day (April 29) would be the beginning of the fourth phase. Malaysians are asked to do ONE simple task, which is to STAY AT HOME. But some people are just too stubborn to obey the order. They are willing to take the risk of being infected or fined or punished by the law, just to do things as they like.

Sin Chew Daily reported that some stubborn hikers were seen climbing Penang hill during the MCO period. Some of the hikers were advised by the residents and authorities to go down the hill on their halfway.

The official Facebook page of Penang Hill too posted that they have received complaints pertaining to this matter. The caption of the post goes:

"Penang Hill Corporation (PHC) received complaints that some members of the public were still seen hiking along the various hiking trails towards the summit areas of Penang Hill.

PHC would like to appeal for everyone's cooperation to strictly comply with the Movement Control Order. Please stay home & be safe to help prevent the spread of the Covid-19 infection."
