You know how you find videos on social media where someone would claim something that's not right and everyone might fall for that trap?
Well, well, well, guess what we have here!
This TikToker @nurshaheera1 made a wild allegation that our favorite McCormick spices that we all have in our homes contain pork and it's clearly not Muslim-friendly.
She went out of her way to show every product of the brand in the video contained "Pork" in the "ingredient" list.
But little does she know is, it is merely an instruction on how you can use the spices and what meat or vegetables would it be suitable to use it on.
After her video went viral, internet users wasted no time criticizing her on social media, stating, "That's why English education is so important.
Mesti time dia tengah rekod tu dia bangga giler sebab jadi orang pertama yang discovered that thing & fikir mesti ramai yang akan puji dia sebab peka & prihatin ada pork dalam spices tuh. Too bad lah acik. Orang lain semua tahu, acik jer tidak

Whilst some said, "For sure when she was recording the video, she must have been proud because she thought she was the first person to discover this information and thought there must be many people who would praise him because she was sensitive and concerned about the presence of pork in the spices. But it's too bad, dear."
To clarify anyone else's doubt about this, take note that McCormick Singles are recognized as halal-certified by the Islamic Da'Wah Council of the Philippines (IDCP), a halal body that is recognized by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia.
