Zoo Negara is back on its feet, thanks to all animal lovers, according to Free Malaysia Today.
Rosly Rahmat Ahmat Lana, the deputy president of the zoo mentioned in the report that they have received 20,000 emails and that 1 bank donated RM 30,000 to support them.

The donation that they received was nearly RM 1 million, other than the generous donation from the bank, the money also came from ordinary Malaysians, animal lovers in the US, Italy, and China. It was learned that the highest donation from an individual was RM 3,000.
