As the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) was introduced in Malaysia, one of the rules that were relaxed was the number of passengers in a private vehicle. Initially, the government only allowed 1 people in a car during the MCO and the number of passengers was increased to 4 people in a car, including 1 driver and 3 passengers during the CMCO.
