Winning approximately 7 million baht (RM 929,897.02), she insisted on a share, citing her support throughout their relationship and shared history.
The man explained his intention to invest the money and support his family, emphasizing that they had never discussed financial sharing or decision-making before the lottery win. Despite his reasoning, the girlfriend accused him of selfishness and greed, prioritizing money over their relationship. Faced with baseless accusations and unreasonable demands, he chose to end the relationship.
He disclosed that his ex-girlfriend sought more than half of his winnings, totalling 5.2 million baht (RM690,859.03).
