9 individuals, including 2 teenagers, were charged in court for violating the Movement Control Order (MCO) by partying at home on April 4. All of them pleaded guilty.
All the suspects, age from 19 to 43, were from Tawau and Kunak. The 5 male suspects were sentenced to 4 months' jail while the 2 female suspects were sentenced to 2 months' jail. The 2 teenagers will be tried in juvenile court on May 15.
