A foreign man, reportedly distressed over a recent breakup, was found naked in a public place in Permas Jaya, Johor, last Thursday.
The South Johor Bahru District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Raub Selamat, confirmed that they received a police report regarding the incident from a 26-year-old hotel employee who witnessed the event.
According to Selamat, the suspect is believed to have committed the act last Thursday before being apprehended the following day.
"The woman observed the suspect in a naked state in a public area. The initial investigation revealed that the reason for such behaviour was the suspect's inability to accept being left by his female companion.

The case is being investigated under Section 509 of the Penal Code.
