A tragic incident just unfolded in Bandar Rimbayu, Selangor as a part-time photographer, aged 26, was allegedly stabbed to death by his girlfriend. The Kuala Langat District Police Chief, Superintendent Ahmad Ridhwan Mohd Nor @ Saleh, reported that they were alerted to the situation at 9:41 AM by a doctor at Hospital Cyberjaya, revealing a patient in an unconscious state.
Efforts were made to revive the victim through emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for 30 minutes, but unfortunately, there was no response, and the victim's pulse could not be detected.
The victim, identified as a 26-year-old, succumbed to the injuries sustained from stab wounds on the left wrist and left leg. The weapon believed to have been used was a knife. The incident reportedly occurred at a residence in Bandar Rimbayu.
Following the tragic event, officers and members from the Criminal Investigation Division of the Kuala Langat District Police Headquarters promptly apprehended the girlfriend at the hospital. Preliminary investigations revealed that the 26-year-old woman was a former medical student and worked part-time as a model, with no prior criminal record.
Jealousy emerged as the apparent motive behind the incident, as the suspect reportedly discovered that the victim had been unfaithful. Superintendent Ahmad Ridhwan announced that the woman is now under remand for six days, starting today, as investigations proceed under Section 302 of the Penal Code for the charge of murder.
Previously, in a collection of widely circulated leaked videos online, the woman is observed tending to the victim with apparent concern, given his blood-covered state along with the blood-stained floor. Another video captures a man calling her on speakerphone, inquiring about the reasons behind her actions. The man calling claims to be a friend of the victim, as was mentioned in the video.
