The topic of stray dogs have been a taboo subject in Malaysia and these poor creatures have long been subjected to neglect and abuse. However, in recent years, Malaysians are more educated and open about approaching and handling them. We are even witnessing kind acts towards these defenceless animals being filmed on social media as they pave for a culture that is more tolerant and friendly to stray animals.
In this particular video, a kind pakcik who apparently works as a vet, is rescuing a dog that is visibly uncomfortable because of the collar on her neck its so tight that its choking the poor dog. After some time, the rescue mission succeeds.
