Its updated guidelines mentioned that "treat your pets like your family, protect them from infection." which is to limit pets' contact with other people or animals outside the home.

The guideline requested pet owners who are bringing their pets outside to avoid allowing their pets to be in contact with other pets. For example, pet dogs should be leashed while keeping at least 1.8 meters from their owners. On the other hand, cats should be kept at home and avoid going outside.
At the same time, if the owner is diagnosed with COVID-19, they should avoid being in contact with pets. If you have to take care of your pet, cover your mouth and nose with a cloth when touching, and clean your hands afterward.
