A noodle shop in Ipoh recently shared a post about how difficult it is to hire a good employee together with a screenshot of a review written by its ex-staff.
The shop owner found a new negative review on his shop on its Facebook page and realised that it is from his recently dismissed staff who they just paid him.
The staff started working with the shop not long ago. He first requested to bring a "friend" along to work in the shop, then only the shop owner realised that he is actually bringing his girlfriend. The shop has strict rules on hiring couples, but they only found out about it after hiring the two.
The shop owner claims that the couple couldn't take advice from them, which is why the couple decided to resign. Coincidentally, the shop owner also decided to fire them on the very same day.
The shop owner also shared that the staff finished a big portion of the food he said is bad in the review during lunchtime.
The post quickly went viral and people are agreeing on how difficult it is to look for a responsible employee nowadays.
The post was removed afterwards as the staff apologised to the shop owner.
