Switch Malaysia is offering two kinds of trade-in programs for your old devices— both apple and android included— namely online trade-in and retail trade-in.

Step 1: Download the “InstaCash” App here into the device that you wish to trade-in.

Step 2: Select 'Switch - Online Store' as the pay-out method

Step 3: Wait for a coupon code via email after trade-in process is completed

Step 4: Use the Coupon to shop in Switch Online Store

[ Retail Trade-In ]

Step 1: Visit the nearest Switch outlet

Step 2:  Approach the staff to examine your device

Step 3: Go home with the apple product of your choosing

However, the online trade-in program is only eligible for mobile devices whereas iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches are all included in the retail trade-in program. Before you trade-in your current device, be sure to check these steps off your to-do list:

For iPhone users, 

1. Backup your device and log out of iCloud, iTunes, and App Store

2. Delete all personal photos, videos, and other information

3. Turn off the 'Find My iPhone' feature

4. Reset your device by going to Settings, then click General> Reset> Erase All Content and Settings.

For Android users,

1. Log out of all accounts

2.  Delete all contents and settings
