Stray dogs in Malaysia deserve so, so much better!
The internet has gone red with rage over the horrifying images of the abandoned strays kept in the dog pound run by the Kuala Langat Municipal Council. Evidently undernourished and neglected, more than 100 dogs in the compound are forced to be crammed in dirty cages with little food or water given. Every single canine under their care even appear to be all skin and bones!
The Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better Facebook page, from which these pictures were taken, has urged anyone who is willing to foster as many of these stray dogs as possible, to contact them via WhatsApp 0122501497.
One twitter user @TattyHassan posted about the stray dogs' unfortunate situation and it has apparently caught the attention of the Department of Veterinary Services, Malaysia, and this is their response:

We sincerely hope that the authorities will take proper action for the betterment of the stray dogs affected and that they'll be given a much better home as they deserve a liveable living condition, as does any other living being.
