In recent times, Malaysia has witnessed a growing trend of "queue-worthy" food stalls that have taken the country by storm. Following the resounding success of the Akka Nasi Lemak stall in Puchong, another sensation, Kieda Crepe is here to compete for the crown.
A local Penang based business specializing in French-style crepes and other desserts, famously known as Kieda Crepe, set up a humble stall in the car park of Shah Alam for the brand's road tour.
Undeterred by the scorching sun, eager customers began lining up even before the stall officially opened, resulting in queues stretching for approximately 1 KM!

According to the owner's TikTok, some customers arrived early, hoping to secure their desired desserts, and patiently waited for hours before finally getting their hands on them.
However,
their overall buying experience was far from satisfactory, leading them to criticize the stall owner for her perceived lack of efficient queue management. Others stood in line for three hours, only to leave empty-handed, with sunburns and a sense of frustration.
To exacerbate the situation, some customers resorted to cutting in line, causing dissatisfaction among those who patiently adhered to the queue. This frustration even escalated into heated arguments between customers and the stall handlers, which you can watch below:

Amidst the chaotic scenes, many people endured a lengthy wait, only to be disappointed when they discovered that the desserts had sold out, leaving them feeling as if their efforts had been in vain. Frustrated customers questioned the stall owners, voicing their concerns and asking, "Why didn't you implement a numbered ticket system?"
In response, the stall owners took to TikTok and expressed a teary-eyed apology during TikTok Live, expressing, "We have made every effort to provide the best service, and if we were unable to meet everyone's expectations, we sincerely apologize."
The owner further explained that the stadium management estimated that approximately 5,000 people turned up on that day, a number that had far exceeded their expectations. The team was simply overwhelmed and lacked the resources to manage such an enormous crowd effectively.
Moreover, an unfortunate incident occurred when a customer rudely slapped a male staff member's hand. While understanding the disappointment felt by the customer, the stall owner emphasized that resorting to violence is never acceptable.
To prevent further conflicts in the future, many netizens expressed their hope that the stall owners would promptly improve their queue management system, with suggestions for the implementation of a numbered ticket system being the simplest solution.
