ICYMI: WATCH: Delivery Rider's Wheelie Stunt Goes Viral, Netizens Are Furious
A recent TikTok video has sent shockwaves through online users as it captured a heart-stopping moment when a child narrowly escaped a potentially fatal encounter with a black snake.
@cinnamonrolls_byibu Ular masuk rumah plak dari pintu depan.. Nasib Afeeq tak ada apa.. Ular tu betul2 la kat kaki die.. Ibu kat dapur terkejut dengar die jerit pastu nangis.. Ibu duk cari ular nya tapi tak jumpa.. Ayah balik keje baru ayah jumpa ular tu.. Dah bunuh bakar ular tu.. Alhamdulillah setel semua.. #fyp #foryoupage #foryourpage #ular #ularbisa #ularhitam #ularhitammasukrumah original sound - cinnamonrolls_byibu
The security camera footage revealed the hair-raising scene as the snake slithered away from a seemingly harmless pink bag. The video owner with the handle @cinnamonrolls_byibu believed the snake could have entered the house through a small gap beneath the main door, taking advantage of the absence of anyone at that moment.
"Thank God Afeeq is unharmed as the snake slithered by really close to him," she said in the video caption. In the video, the child is innocently rummaging through his bag, unaware of the lurking danger. Suddenly, the snake, hidden beneath the bag, makes a quick escape.
The child's reaction is one of sheer panic; he screams, calls out for his mother, and tears fill his eyes as he is gripped by fear caused by the unexpected appearance of the reptile. Miraculously, the black snake did not bite the child. Still, concerned netizens voiced their worries and urged the mother to seek immediate medical attention for her son.
"Did you check his feet for bite marks? His scream might have been because he was bitten," commented user @pujafirdaus.
Another user, @rahimiroshidd, pointed out that black snakes are often venomous, and the fact that the child emerged unscathed is a fortunate outcome, attributing it to divine protection.
The video owner clarified that the snake was promptly dealt with after her husband returned home from work.
"It's not uncommon for snakes to find their way into homes, especially if one lives near the forest, and their habitat is disturbed," suggested TikTok user @hazimamn, providing a plausible explanation for the snake's intrusion.
