However, some frustrated fans have voiced their concerns, emphasizing the need for addressing the flaws in the ticketing system before planning additional concerts.
With the initial show tickets selling out swiftly, the demand clearly exceeds the availability, leaving numerous dedicated fans without an opportunity to attend the concert. The current system seems to allow scalpers to exploit the availability of tickets, leaving genuine fans feeling hopeless and powerless.
Many argue that until the root causes of this issue are addressed, adding a second concert date may only exacerbate the problem, leading to a repeat of the same frustrations. In response, fans are urging Live Nation Malaysia and Go Live Asia to rectify their flawed system and develop a new one that effectively prevents ticket scalpers from utilizing bots to secure tickets. They are calling for stricter regulations to ensure that genuine fans have the opportunity to purchase tickets, while resellers and scalpers are prevented from taking advantage of the system.
