Here're the ingredients you need:
1. 400 grams of whipped cream
2. 4 egg yolks
3. 50 grams of condensed milk
4. 35 grams of white sugar
5. a few drops of lemon juice
6. 10 grams of water
7. Raspberry
Steps:
1. Separate the egg white and egg yolk.
2. Mix the egg yolks, condensed milk, and water in a pot and cook it with low heat.
3. Keep on stirring the mixture until it thickened. Keep it aside.
4. Mix whipped cream, sugar, and lemon juice and whip it until the texture changes.
5. Add the eye yolk mixture in this mixture and stir it with low speed.
6. Add the raspberry according to your preference.
7. Mix it and pour it into a container. Keep it in the freezer for 5 hours and above.
