If you are someone who wears makeup then you know the frustration, anger and absolute irritation that comes with drawing your eyeliner every morning. Sometimes you spend most of your precious time trying to draw your liner and when it is finish you still don’t feel it suits your eye shape.
Most days, you just end up giving up and opting or a no eyeliner look.
But if you’re planning on going on a date or a fun night out then, you GOTS TO HAVE THE PERFECT LINER LEWK! It makes you look fiercer and bolder.
So, here are the best liner looks that will most definitely flatter your eye shape:
1. Hooded Eyes
You most likely have hooded eyes in the crease on your eyelid isn’t visible when you open your eyes.
You will want to make sure that your lid doesn’t cover your liner. So, start by creating the outer wing tip exactly where the hood starts then, work your way inwards with thin strokes.
2. Downturned Eyes
If the corners of your eye slope down towards your cheekbones, then you have downturned eyes.
Start applying your liner from the inner corner working your way to the outer corner. Using the outer corner of your eyebrow as a guide, you want to extend your wing up towards the crease.
3. Monolid Eyes
You probably have eyes with monolids if you have a very unnoticeable or almost non-existent crease above your eye.
For monolid eyes, you definitely want to use liquid liner. Since you don’t really have that much space, make sure that your liner is crisp and straight. Start by placing the tip of the eyeliner on the lash line at the centre of the eye then draw the liner to the outer corner. Draw another line from the inner corner until it meets your other line in the centre.
4. Round Eyes
If you are able to see the edges of your iris on the top or bottom on your eye, then you have round eyes.
For round eyes, you want to start by drawing at a downward angle towards the the outer corner of the eye using an angled brush and cream eyeshadow or liner. Then continue on inwards until you reach the centre of your lid.
5. Almond Eyes
You have almond-shaped eyes if your eyes are ova;-shaped with narrow corners.
Since you have a lot of lid space, take advantage of it! Draw your eyeliner from the inner corner all the way across the lash line, then flick it out, stopping at the tip where your crease starts.
