A Twitter user recently took to the platform to share a distressing experience she claimed to have faced at Suria KLCC Mall in Kuala Lumpur. The user alleged that the mall staff failed to provide the necessary assistance when her father experienced a health emergency.
According to the Twitter thread, the user's father had a heart attack, resulting in a severe headache and diaphoresis while they were at Suria KLCC Mall. The user's mother and nephew were reportedly the only individuals present with him at that critical moment.

In a desperate bid for help, the user's mother sought assistance from the mall staff, only to be allegedly told to retrieve a wheelchair herself.
The user's mother then went down to the concierge to request staff assistance, but their ordeal continued. According to the Twitter thread, she was informed that, as per the mall's procedure, she needed to send her husband to the car and then return the wheelchair.

The situation escalated when the family needed to evacuate the building. The user claimed that the lift was occupied, and despite the urgency of the health emergency, the guard on duty allegedly did not offer to prioritize the lift for the father.
Expressing her frustration and disappointment, the Twitter user called on Suria KLCC Mall management to provide a comprehensive explanation for the alleged incident. As of the time of writing, there has yet to be a response from the mall management.
