Amidst various media releases, speculation and online discussion, the current of the ongoing controversy includes the actor admitting to dating the actress (previously denied) when she was of legal age, while refuting all other allegations.
Accusations such as taking interest in her while she was still a minor, recruiting her to work for his agency unpaid, requesting her to pay back the entire sum owed to her in a short period of time and more, were denied.
In the wake of it, co-star Seo Ye-ji from their hit drama It’s Okay To Not Be Okay, has also been brought up. While many discuss the legitimacy of her bullying allegations during the peak of the show, she’s drawn a line between the actor and his agency.
