MCO 2.0 ?! Staying at home is so boring and don't know what to do? Let's make this simple, 10/10 creamy bacon carbonara pasta together! It takes surprisingly little time to actually making it and the steps are really not that complicated. You'd definitely be impressed by the result!
Ingredients: Butter, Chopped garlics, Chopped onions, Corns, Chopped bacon, Pasta, Oyster sauce, Salt, Black pepper, Full cream milk (125ml)
Pasta:
1. Prepare a pot of salted water and boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook it following the package instruction. After that, drain and set it aside.
1. Heat up the frying pan and melt the butter.
2. Fry the chopped onion and garlic for a few minutes. (Smells verrrry good here but please don't eat it yet)
3. Add bacon and corn. Fry them until golden and crispy.
4. Add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce and stir it. (May adjust based of each's preference.)
5. Add 125ml of milk and wait until bubbles. It should look creamier and thicker.
6. Then, add in the cooked pasta and stir over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
7. While it is hot, spread some salt and black pepper to season.
