This service is currently available in 19 markets worldwide, including Argentina, Chile, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, the United States, Ukraine, and Vietnam.
It will soon be extended to Australia, Austria, Canada, Czechia, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Panama, the Philippines, Romania, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
The "Galaxy Sanitizing Service" is a service to disinfect mobile phones with UV lamps. This service is completely free and available for all brands of mobile phones. In addition, Samsung also highlighted that the UV disinfection device will not affect the performance of the mobile phone and can eliminate up to 99.9% of the bacteria on the mobile phone. Below is the list of Samsung Service Centers branches in Malaysia that provides disinfection service. If you want to disinfect a tablet or smartwatch, the service is limited to branches of The Garden and Pavilion!
