Instant tears!
A Malaysian family decided to throw a wholesome birthday celebration for Sankar, their favourite Mamak worker just before he leaves for his hometown.
The video of the birthday celebration, uploaded by TikTok user @nasikerabu77 instantly became a hit on TikTok. "Pardon my sisters aggressive clapping while recording but our favourite waiter at our favourite mamak is going back to his hometown soon. Happy belated birthday Sankar!", the caption says.
The video starts with the mom taking the birthday cake out of its packaging and then unanimously, the whole family starts singing the Happy Birthday song to Sankar, as he stands beside their table. The video ends with him side-hugging the father.
Life in a different country away from his own must have not been easy for Sankar and he is definitely blessed to have a family far from home that cares about him this much. We wish Sankar the best for his future endeavors!
