BTS fans known as ARMY always show massive support on BTS no matter in album sales, video premieres, concerts and etc. This time, they also break the record by successfully raising more than $1 million USD for Black Lives Matter after BTS announced a statement saying that,
"We stand against racial discrimination. We condemn violence. You, I and we all have the right to be respected. We will stand together. #BlackLivesMatter." The statement has been retweeted nearly 1 million times.
According to Forbes, the BTS ARMY began trending #MatchAMillion, imploring fans to donate what they could. The fan-led charity collective One in an ARMY created an ActBlue card that tracked donations and allowed donors to split their money between 16 groups, including the Black Lives Matter Global Network, National Bail Out, NAACP and the Marshall Project.
"Just like BTS, we were able to donate 1M dollars to help fund: bailouts for those arrested for protesting police brutality, black-led advocacy orgs fighting against systemic injustice, support for the physical and mental health of the black community," the organization tweeted
It's an amazing result to see the fans are loving their idols as well as loving the people in the world.

According to Variety
The donation was transferred earlier this week, with Black Lives Matter confirming receipt to Big Hit on Friday. BTS and Big Hit are not expected to comment on the donation; contacted by Variety, Kailee Scales, managing director for Black Lives Matter said:
"Black people all over the world are in pain at this moment from the trauma of centuries of oppression. We are moved by the generosity of BTS and allies all over the world who stand in solidarity in the fight for Black lives."
