The Malaysia Prime Minister has announced that the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) that began on May 4 will be extended for another 4 weeks, until 9 June 2020 at his live conference today (May 10).
CMCO was introduced during the fourth phase of MCO, by allowing certain sectors to resume operation under strict Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), 4 passengers in a car, etc. However, interstate travel remained prohibited.
"All Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under the Conditional Movement Control Order will remain unchanged."
