Recently, a video went viral on TikTok (@khairulaming) featuring a cooking clip from one of his fans that ended in failure, resulting in a burnt dish.
The video then shifted to KA's reaction, where he sat in complete silence, seemingly drained of energy after witnessing his fan's cooking attempt. To add to the humor, he played a lecture from his laptop that contained melancholic music and words about how Allah never tests His servants beyond their capabilities.

His spontaneous reaction humorously depicted a sense of 'burden,' as every year, the trend of failing to follow KA's recipes continues to repeat. Despite the unfortunate outcome, netizens found the situation highly amusing and took to the comments section to joke about it.
One TikTok user even altered KA's signature video greeting from "Hey Whats Up Guys" to "Hey Whats Wrong Guys," adding to the hilarity of the situation. Another fan made a joke about his wife's newfound enthusiasm for KA's recipes, saying:
"Ever since my wife watched KA's recipes, she keeps asking to go to the bazaar every day."
The humorous remark suggested that instead of successfully cooking at home, his wife preferred to buy food from the bazaar instead.
In another TikTok post (@khairulamingfans_), KA himself acknowledged that he was actually entertained by people's struggles in attempting his recipes.
"After eight years of making cooking videos, I feel like this year has been the most entertaining watching everyone go into their kitchens and cook.
"Some people have asked me if this year has the highest number of failed attempts at following my recipes.
"No, actually, many people have succeeded because thousands have tried. But the failed attempts are the ones that make it to the FYP (For You Page) due to high engagement. People ask why their dish got burnt, why it cracked, why it leaked?" said the entrepreneur.
According to him, failing to follow his recipes is a normal part of the process. He believes that all of it is just the first step in learning how to cook.
"It's all a good start, just keep going. Even if you fail, just post it. I'll 'repost' it later."
"We want to appreciate those who try to cook the recipes we share. But most importantly and I'm begging you please don't betray the recipe," he jokingly said.
The viral video not only provided entertainment but also highlighted the fun and challenges of learning how to cook. KA's lighthearted approach to his fans' kitchen mishaps has certainly made his content more relatable and enjoyable for everyone.
