Steps:
1. Wash the spinach and cook it in hot water. After draining, add some milk to beat the spinach into spinach juice.
2. Boil a large pot of water and add the pasta. Add some salt as seasoning. After the pasta is fully cooked, it can be drained and set aside.
3. Pour some oil into a pan. Add in some minced garlic and shrimp and cook them until they become fragrant. When the shrimp is slightly reddish, pour in the spinach puree, and add the drained pasta into it. Cook them well.
4. Cook on medium heat until the sauce is thick. Stir constantly to avoid burning off. Add some black pepper and salt as seasoning.
5. When the whole sauce is almost as good as you want, turn off the heat. Serve it with the cooked pasta.
