The Malaysian Ministry of Education (KPM) has introduced the Compulsory Education Policy and circular letters regarding the admission of students to school.
Specialized Circular Letter No. 1/2009 dated March 11, 2009 has issued instructions that any child who does not have documents and one of the child's parents is a citizen, can be registered as a student in government schools and government-aided schools after receiving a confirmation letter.
Thus, Sekolah Bimbingan Jalinan Kasih in Chow Kit was created. Specifically built for the neglected and homeless children, this school has inspired a new start for these children who'd have been left abandoned otherwise.
During an iftar session at the school, Education Minister YB Fadhlina Sidek uploaded a video documenting her visit. Malaysians who have seen the video have expressed plenty of good words.
I love the way she mingles with people, young and old. She doesn't mind getting down or bow to make eye contact with the kids, touching and hugging the teachers, she makes sure people feel comfortable and warm around her, no gap. I have to say I'm a fan of her now. https://t.co/gt3ql47Kno

Most of them praised her humble demeanor and natural presence in handling the children. Some even regarded her as the best education minister Malaysia in the making!
