As announced by the Health Director-General yesterday (April 21), there were 57 new COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. According to Bernama, it has been 5 days in a row that Malaysia's new COVID-19 cases dropped to double-digit.

Negeri Perlis has accumulated 18 COVID-19 confirmed cases, including 2 death cases. The state was granted green as there are no more active COVID-19 cases!
It was learned that the first Perlis COVID-19 case happened on March 12. The last 4 patients were recovered and allowed to go home yesterday (April 21), thus making 0 active cases in the state!
Perlis is the first state to turn to the green zone throughout these 41 days. Congratulations!
