In a fit of rage, a man has fatally wounded a motorcycle workshop owner in Parit Buntar, Perak by stabbing the victim to death. The incident took place in Titi Serong, Tanjung Piandang, yesterday.
Shortly after, the man surrendered himself to the nearby police station. According to the Perak Criminal Investigation Department chief Datuk Anuar Othman, the 52-year-old man came to the Simpang Lima Police Station around 2:45 PM. He came clean and confessed to the policemen on duty that he had stabbed a man to death with a knife.

"We then detained the man for further investigation," he said, as reported by Sinar Harian. During the incident, the victim, 43-year-old Tan Hee Song was pronounced dead shortly after receiving treatment at the Parit Buntar Hospital due to the severity of his injuries.

Results of the initial investigation revealed that prior to the incident, there was a heated argument between the murderer and the victim, due to some dissatisfaction. "He accused the victim of changing some components of his motorcycle when it was sent to the workshop three weeks ago," Anuar added. The argument then escalated, which led to the victim's untimely demise.
